So what happened with flicker? Some have asked. Well, as it turns out, I broke some rules by adding a link to my blog. So I asked the question, can I have my account back if I go Pro? This after already asking what specific rule and where specifically did I break the Terms and Conditions of owning a free Flicker account. By the way, no specifics were ever given. It was my follow up question of can I have my account back if I go Pro that I finally caught some attention. Big Surprise. I was given 3 days to clear all links from all the photos, or go Pro. Well, I already had established my account over time, over 10,000 followers and what use is flicker if I can’t connect to the blog I am trying to promote? Sooo, I went Pro. I am ambivalent about it for sure. I do not like paying for something I can well use for free. But flicker supports my favorite thing to do! Blogging. I like taking photo’s, and learning to use different settings in Firestorm to make a better shot. I love the challenge to do better. Playing dress up every day is fun! To me anyway. Although, I am feeling the pull to go back to decorating more and more. Now, I’m rambling. The bottom line is I paid for Pro to get my Flicker account back so I can promote my blog.
