.. open house project ..

This entry is purely selfish. I simply wanted to record my home décor prior to changing things for the holidays. Last month we opened our home as an “open house” a project I have wanted to do for awhile, and the response was surprising. Thank you everyone that stopped by and left us a note. We might do it again, but honestly, when it comes to decorating I really must FEEL inspired. L2 Studio released this home with 6 other gorgeous homes and I really love the layout, the textures throughout so it was easy for me to be inspired. When I first started blogging I only blogged décor. It’s what I LOVED about SL. All the creative freedom filled me up at the end of a long day at work. Once I started having to many deadlines, it became a job. I lost the loving feeling ~ sing with me! LOL! For the longest time we had one home, with no changes and it was a place we came to “get dressed” before meeting with friends. My inventory is bursting with awesomeness from the years I was with Fancy Décor, HAIKEI, Serenity Styles, to name a few, but I just needed a break. Most of the items in the photo’s are from my personal collection over the years items I can’t bring myself to delete or sell (gacha items). I have cleaned out my inventory of 99.9% of my gacha items onto marketplace – it was just time to clean up. Added plus? I paid the rent for two months with those sales! Until next time …
